NEIGHBOR ISLAND PROGRAM

Pan Pacific Laser Vision Center proudly offers a comprehensive and affordable laser vision correction program to the neighboring Hawaiian Islands of Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island. Residents of Lanai may inquire about this program at our affiliated clinic located in Lahaina, Maui.

Our affiliated optometrists on the Neighbor Islands are highly trained in all aspects of determining candidacy for refractive eye surgery, specifically LASIK and PRK-LASEK, as well as general optometric diagnostics and eye care. The arrangement with these doctors allows prospective patients to have their pre-operative examination and all follow-up care performed on their island, alleviating the task of flying to and from Oahu for post-operative care. Pan Pacific only requires laser vision candidates to fly to Honolulu for their laser vision procedure and stay for one night to be examined the following day by our surgeon.

Our fee includes the laser vision treatment, all follow-up care with PPLVC and your Neighbor Island doctor through one-year, and any necessary enhancements.

PLEASE NOTE: Guam has a slightly different program (see details under Guam); Payment is due upon arrival at Pan Pacific Laser Vision Center.      Co-Management from this office is not inclusive with PPLVC fee;.

     Pre-Operative Examination & ALL Follow Up appointment fees are the responsibility of the patient. Please call Guam SDA for price breakdown. The standard number of follow up visits for LASIK patients would be 6 (six). If you were found to be a non-candidate, you would be responsible for the appointment fee;

     If you are found to be a candidate and decide to move forward with the surgery, the fee paid to Pan Pacific Laser is the same as our standard Oahu pricing (please refer to our Fee Schedule).
